As Vice President, Director of Property Management Compliance, Katherine oversees the Property Management Policy and Procedures and Lease Administration functions. This position ensures that all employees follow the policies outlined for the Property Management and Lease Administration Teams. Career Overview
Katherine began her career with IRG in 2013 as a Portfolio Compliance Coordinator, where she was responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and reviewing of policy and procedures in Property Management. As Portfolio Compliance Manager, she worked with the VP Director of Property Management on the development of new positions within the Property Management Team. She directed her strengths toward assisting and developing sound processes and the education of new employees to Property Management.
As IRG’s Director of Property Management Compliance, Katherine worked with various positions within the organization on the development of best practice for real estate tax appeals, collection efforts and lease abstraction, to name a few. Katherine’s role was to develop and ensure a high-level of accuracy by auditing the processes and implementing new strategies to ensure the integrity of the data compiled.
Katherine’s resume includes a wide range of positions held at several Ohio-based property management and real estate investment trust companies. Those positions include Property Manager, Director of Lease Administration, Accounting Manager, Collection Manager, Special Project Manager and Human Resources.
